Legoland

Park Legoland, the Danish analog of the Disneyland, is located in kilometer to the north from a small town of Billund in the central part of island Jutland. All children playing Lego, dream to visit this park the area of 100 000 sq. meters. Annually the park draws the attention of about 1.4 million visitors. From the moment of the opening in 1968 here has visited more than 30 million visitors.

All in park is constructed of plastic cubes of Lego. Creativity, game and development – these are the main values of Legolend which give the chance to children at the age from 2 till 13 years and to their parents to experience all that on themselves. As a rule families spend in park about 6 hours. Legoland is divided into the thematic zones that are for children of different age groups.

Kingdom of Knights (Knights’ Kingdom). The Royal castle is the largest construction in the park in the form of a fantastic medieval castle the area of which makes more than 2500 sq. meters, and the highest tower here is on height of a six-storied building. The most risky visitors are offered to ride out a flying dragon who will incur you through the fantastic world of medieval adventures.

The world in a miniature (Miniland) is  the second of the most visited attractions where models of world famous buildings and monuments on which construction has gone about 20 million bricks are collected. Here you can feel Gulliver wandering across tiny Denmark, Germany, Japan, the USA and  other countries. And having risen on a 30-meter tower, it is possible to examine the whole world in a miniature, and you have a sensation as though you look at usual buildings from height of 600 meters.

The city of Legoredo (Legoredo Town) – the original corner of the Wild West filled with atmosphere of conquest of open territories in America. Here it is possible to sit down in an American Indian canoe and to float on the river, observing of bears being ashore and pumas. In the end the train will bring you to local Klondike.

In the Country of Pirates (Pirate Land) you can be startled up in swimming by the ship, but be aware that you should have a battle with pirates. During battles gun kernels fall in water near  the ship.

The country the Hollow (Duplo Land) is a place for the smallest where a child can sweep on the car the Hollow, and then together with the adult makes fascinating travel on the country the Hollow. Here all is so safe, that even the small children can walk by himself/herself, and thanks to soft paths it is possible not to be afraid of falling.

Imagination corner (Imagination Zone) is a huge cinema equipped most perfect audio and video with technics. Here it is possible to watch a stereo film with the newest special effects Racers of Lego (Lego Racers) which last 12 minutes. Throughout all film spectators all over feel pressure of race.

On the Earth of Adventures (Adventure Land) children of  more advanced age can experience speed and fascinating emotions on a 400-meter  highway for rollers, and also to test themselves on the Track of Jungle, overcoming various obstacles.
